Transfer to uc

Hi,I'm on legacy benefits still, if we move to a different housing authority we may have to apply for uc. At the moment my housing benefit is affected by my daughter working as I get care allowance of pip. Is that the same in uc as well. I can't seem to find an answer. Tia.

Housing element of UC is the same as housing benefit for non dependent deductions. As your PIP includes the daily living part, there will be no deductions.
