Hi, my name is EricM!
I am retired (71) and although I, myself currently suffer with degenerative Arthritis, I also look after my wife whom has to cope with MS.
Before retiring, I ran my own business as an Auto Electrical specialist to the motor trade as well as becoming a Foster Carer for the Local Authority for more than 22 years, where I was able to study Autism and nutrition. This acquired knowledge working alongside my daughter, a physiotherapist, allowed us to establish a practice in our local town which also offered herbal health products.
I am happy to signpost information advice where I can.

Hello Eric
Has your wife found any of the herbal health products helpful in managing her MS?

Hello Elliemeg and thanks for your question.
With regards to herbal products, it's very much a personal trial and error choice rather than a one size fits all situation. As you may know, MS affects different people is so many different ways. The common factors are usually centered around cognitive issues, muscular pain, inflammation of the joints, poor quality sleep and anxiety.
CBD Oil may help with a lot of the above to varying degrees, whilst other herbal products might have a more direct benefit, Certainly Turmeric is reported to assist with inflammation for example and Melissa can aid a more restful sleep as it is said to promote Melatonin in the body to help with relaxation, Rhodiola has been claimed by some to ease anxiety.
As with all products of this nature, it is very important to check with your doctor to make sure that they have no adverse interactions with your current medication.
Kind Regards,
Eric
