Hi, my name is jmac!how long should i wait till i getnotification of the progress of upper tribunal?
ho i applied for adult disability in july 2023 at the end of jan24 i phoned and was asked for a prescription list i sent in a patient summary but by the 6th of february was awarded 0 point since the summary listed my complaints it went to redetermanation again i was awarded 0 points i am now in the process of appealing the appeal was sent to the tribuneral in may by sss does anyone no how long i should wait till i recieve any notification of the progress

I'm sorry to hear you're having to fight for your AD, unfortunately I don't have any kind of time scales for upper tribunals, but hopefully someone else will be able to give you a firmer answer. I just wanted to stop in and give you a quick welcome.1 -
Upper Tribunal? Or do you mean First Tier Tribunal? FTT usually comes after the redetermination.
