I live in Ireland and acquired a spinal injury 8 years ago which left me with a partial quad injury and confined to a wheelchair. I've been contending with a lot of challenges related to my injury lately, both physically, mentally and emotionally and a friend suggested that I join a forum for people with disabilities to gain support which will bring more acceptance surrounding what a spinal injury means for me in the now and in the future. I'm looking forward to chatting with other people in similar circumstances as me.
