Hi, my name is christinepayne! Missing a payment for ESA or ADP, when will I get it?

My Adp was due in today so was my ESA due Bank holiday Monday I only got one payment so I do not know which one has been delayed and when will I get it?.

    Hi @christinepayne, welcome to the commmunity. Have you managed to get in touch with them to ask when you'll receive your payment?

    If your payment is due on a bank holiday they'll often pay on the last working day before the holiday, but it doesn't always work out that way. You could always try to get in contact if you're worried.

    Next to the payment it should have the letters of what benefit it’s related to. Or you can just check the amount you’ve received against what you usually receive and then you will know which one you haven’t received.
