Letter from dwp compliance officer phone interview just wondering if it's a scam bit worried

    Hello @maz19, welcome to the community. If you're worried, it might be worth getting in touch with them to ask whether it's a real letter.

    Was this for Universal Credit? If it was, it might be worth checking on your Universal Credit account. Sometimes they'll put the letters on your journal so you can check that it's a real thing. Or if it's not on your journal, you could put a message there to ask them.

    There have been a few members having compliance checks recently, they're nothing to worry about. They might ask to see some bank statements and ask you some questions to make sure everything's still okay, it's usually quite straightforward from what I've heard.
