That's very judgemental bordering on spiteful.

There is no way during a consultation anyone can accertain someone's general ability to understand and learn things or how their memory impacts day to Day.

    I'd advise challenging this 😊

You haven’t been found fit for work because PIP is not about your ability to work.

Your next step is to request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) You should put that in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points. Please do not ring to request this.

When you filled out the form if you didn’t give a couple of real world incidents of exactly what happened the last time you attempted each descriptor that applies to you then you should do that now.

Include detailed information such as where you were, what exactly happened, did anyone see it and what the consequences were.

You can also get some expert advice from an agency near you. I’d advise either welfare Rights or a law centre.

Hey there @Eyepie2 and welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear this has distressed you so much, but Poppy has given some top advice there.
Can I just ask if you've spoken to your GP recently about your low mood?
