Im a nana of a 3yr old little girl who at moment has not been diagnosed with autism but her behaviour with her parents and myself plus the specialists observations it's heading that way. I look after her and am struggling with how to deal and help her with her behaviour

Hi DannyHer balance is bad she falls over alot and bumps into things. She's obsessed with her buggy if she's unsure about something she retreats to it also she has very little vocabulary so she gets frustrated when she can't get across what she wants then she screams
