Nothing Is true until they make official announcements.

As Poppy has said, it's best not to take anything you read online as gospel. There's a tonne of misinformation out there, lots of rage baiting and sites just wanting clicks. It's best to just wait until there's an official announcement. 😊

I totally understand, the nights can really get that anxiety going and make you behave out of character. Sometimes a break from the internet can be a great thing. I often take internet holidays and avoid using it for a week. It's very good for the blood pressure! Oh and avoiding FB and Twitter really really help. 😆

Oh don't apologise at all, there's no need! 😊
It's really tricky when your brain just hyper focuses on things and you HAVE to send that email, then you look back on it the next day and cringe a little bit, I've been there. I trained myself (and taught it to my ex partner with BPD) with the mantra "If I really need to do this, it can wait until the morning." That got me out of that weird feedback loop the brain gets us into. Basically sleep on it, if you still want to do it the next day, you can do it then. 😊

If you want a serious conversation, please provide exact quotes and references.

I think Catherine means that there's a lot of different sites saying a lot of different things. I'm not sure if quotes and references would make much of a difference here as everyone's got the gist of what she was asking. 😊

Quote To be or not to be That is the question

That is an excellent quote to be fair. 😆

I understand it hard to break down my writing it's OK thats what I love about scope there's been no judgement and I'm not embarrassed to write things but totally understand it must be gobbly goop for people even myself reading it back I struggle but it's OK I'm actually quite smart vocally just not academically

It's totally ok @Catherine21 and I'm glad you're feeling more confident on the community now. As I've said before "There are no spelling tests" and "No one is getting marked for their work" 😁
I'm the opposite, I can write things down but if I try speaking, word salad falls out and I say "Does that make sense?" far too much.

It has always been this way since the advent of the Internet. You have to survive somehow, and there are good ways to do this, for example https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decision_theory
