Help find a differently-able friend a partner

One of my friends has Cerebral palsy and is now in his 50s. Because of his condition, he has had challenges finding friends and partners. I am keen to know if there is any group/ community or any other way through which he can get an opportunity to meet people (differently-able or not) to build some relationships. I can understand it can get frustrating in that situation so really want to figure out a way to sort this.
