Have I any option other than the streets?

Supported living can either be in your own home or living with others (house sharing) that have similar health conditions to you. As you've refused 3 flats because of shared buildings and other people living there, is supported living going to be suitable for you?
There's some information here.
Even with 1 bedroom houses, what about neighbours? You never know who will be living next to you.
You need to be careful about refusing properties because they could refuse to help you.
Are you claiming all the benefits you're entitled to?

Hi @CropRotation1172. Sorry to hear you're still having issues. I looked at the Scottish government website about supported living and it directed me to this website Care Info Scotland. It could be useful to contact Citizens Advice Scotland as they can give you some advice.
How are you feeling now?

Hi there,
I'm frantic, terrified, losing my mind, confused, dangerously naive, on the verge of making yet more appalling decisions, in need of urgent guidance, and unable to get any before I have to make a massively important decision.
Two options
Mental collapse in a flat that I can't get out of for medication, power top ups, food, and so on, and I'll be unable to answer the door to anyone unless their voice is known to me.
Or the streets, as I initially predicted.
NHS has refused to help me
If i refuse this nightmare offer, i get removed from the homeless case list.
