UC review, what to expect and is this normal?

Hello I have a question did anyone went through UC review. I just got a message after sending all documents they needed that I will have an interview over the phone in few days. Does anyone knows what they asking and is it normal after sending documents that they want to talk. I am very nervous overall and dont know what to expect and if this is normal. Can anyone help on this?

    Hi,

    What sort of documents did they ask you to send? If it was the one asking for 4 months of bank statements, they'll most likely just ask you to confirm a few transactions.

    Hi. Yes they asked for my id photo and 4 months of bank statements. Thank you.

    So it is normal that after sending documents they are scheduling phone appointment to talk, is it like this for everyone?

    I don't have anything and even not much on statements to be exited about, I wish I would and be able to skip all the stress and explanations of my life to some strangers but it is what it is. Thank you both for your reply it is very kind of you
