Just migrated over to UC from income support.
Had 1st month's payment, but not received an award letter.
How long does it take to come?
I need it for free prescriptions, eye tests etc
Thanks

You don't receive an award letter. You would have received a statement on your journal, assuming you have access to one. Log into your journal and click on "payments" scroll down and there will be a date, click on that date and you will see your statement.
You can use the statement as proof of entitlement to NHS treatment such as prescriptions, eye tests and dental. If you've had zero earnings in your last assessment period then you'll be entitled.
