Hi @muller and welcome to the community. Here's a link to the eligibility criteria https://www.gov.uk/carers-allowance/eligibility . I also found this discussion from 2021 which says that you can, however, I'm aware that information may be out of date. I can't see a reason why you can't both claim as long as you both meet the criteria.

Are either of you claiming any other benefits? If so which ones please?

Then providing your husband doesn't earn more than £151/week then he claim carers allowance for looking after you, providing your PIP includes the daily living part.
