Administrative earning threshold

See if any one can help with this I have LWCRA status my partner is my carer gets career uc Payment and careers allowance so all purpose she is my career

My question.is relation AET we have been santioned for not meeting threshold but as far as I can see should not effect us no one job center can advise me.waiting on a appeal.

    You can't be sanctioned for lack of earnings because your partner is claiming carers element and you've been found to have LCWRA.

    Thank you , Trying find this info on parliment pages is nightmare searching all day and that's what I gradually found other forums need black in white record.in my UC journal.
