Hi to all, severe pain, what can I do?

I am Still having servre pain in my bladder and my back hips ect doc won't give me any strong medication cus it's not working but isn't bothered about what's causing all my pain feels like bone on bone pain I am not happy.

Think I need a mobility scooter.

I cannot do Leg raisers at all.

What can I do?

Paracetamol Ibuprofen Not working

Help.

    Hi @amazingblazing62, sorry that you haven't had a response to this so far. How is your pain doing now? Have you managed to get any relief at all? Hope you're feeling a little more at ease.

    Is it your knees or hips - that are grating (bone on bone) ?
