Pip review

Good morning. I got a high mobility and mid-care award two years ago. I have FND, which has flare-ups, left-sided weakness, tremors, balance issues, chronic fatigue, and memory issues, e.g. if I leave a room, I forget why and leave stuff on that burns, and my vision gets worse each year with diplopia. I also have idiopathic angioedema, so I carry Epi-pens as I don't know what causes flare-ups. So, I joined personal training because I need to get healthier, and I am also a diabetic. I can walk further than before. I still have balance, and I fall and walk into things. I now have to do a review. I'm worried that if I say I can walk further than I used too ill
Loose my pip. I can't use my left leg to push down to change gears due to the weakness. I work in a school as I can't work long hours, but next summer, I need a second job as I lose my UC as my son ages out of education to be on my claim. If I lose Pip and my Pip car, I won't be able to get to my job. I can't use public transport as there's too much going on for my brain to process, and the stress triggers an FND attack, which puts me in the hospital. Thanks for any advice.
