I’m actually surprised. I come on explaining my difficulties and one person says she only gets 10 points and in her opinion I won’t get 12. I’m not sure how that can be classed as helpful. Especially when my mental health team think I would qualify. I explained how unwell I feel quite upset.

I can also only score 10 points for this section, though my situation is slightly different to yours.
In order to get 12 points for this, you would have to prove to the assessor and the decision maker that you are able to go out on the majority of days with another person. Ultimately it doesn't really matter what we think on here, as we are not in control of your award, it is the assessor and decision maker who you have to persuade.

@meggyb You have two components to mobility, I get 24 points which is the maximum.
All what you need is 8 points for the standard, and 12 points for enhanced.
You have to ask yourself this question, is it the help that I want or the money? If it is the help as long as you get 8 points that is great, if it is the money 12 points is better.
However, no one can 100% tell you what you will get, not your team, not posters on here. It comes down to the DWP and who ever does the medical.
Worse case scenario and it goes to a tribunal, then a judge.
