hi please could someone kindly explain who is called disabled person in UK and do i need a certificate to be classified as disabled person

In the UK generally you would go by the definition given in the equality act.
There is no certification process or register of disabled people in this country.

Today i heard that im not disabled because i don’t have a certificate or letter from a doctor that im disabled and im not disabled

yes i do believe that i have disability and im not coping with every day life at all and im suffering from chronic insomnia anxiety deep depression and mobility problems

Does the person need to register themselves as a disabled to be recognised that this person is disabled

Do they not believe you use a wheelchair now? I'm sorry your family is so disappointing. Mine also is and it's very painful and lonely, I understand that.

Also a disabled person's bus pass (though I can't tell you how or where) and even if you never use it, it is valid photo ID and proof of disability.
