    As you have limited capability for work and work related activity, you can leave your job if you're finding it too difficult to cope with. People in this group have no commitments, so you shouldn't be sanctioned for doing this 😊

    LCWRA is part of UC and this should already include help with your rent, if you've told them you have liability to pay rent to a landlord.
