About the PBR - PIP report - can I request?
Dear Scope / Forum members
Does anyone know if I can request a copy of the paper-based report that PIP used to make a decision on my award?

If there is a report then yes you can request it by ringing PIP. However, when it's a review there isn't always an assessment report. If your file didn't get sent to the Health assessment providers, there will be no report.
For reviews a file is always sent to the decision maker first. From there they will look at your form, as well as any additional evidence you sent to see if a decision can be made without the need to forward your file across. If it can then it will be done and there will be no assessment report.

It was sent and a health professional contacted me informally but I don’t know if they did an assessment report. They made some informal observations about potential psychosis (which was odd).

If it was sent across there will be a written report.
