Hi, my name is yamyam64! Had a PIP review, but cant get through to the automated line. Is this bad?

Hi, I have just had my Assessment and DWP have received it, it's a review, I am due a payment in 2 weeks time and I have tried 3 times to get through to the automated line to see if I'm going to get paid but it keeps putting through to speak to someone, is this bad news 😊

A decision can take anything up to 12 weeks after the assessment report is returned. No, it's not a bad thing, it just means you were put through to the call centre extremely quickly.
Please be aware though that the automated payment line is known to give incorrect information so please don't rely on that.
