    It is worrying for some communities @Cantilip, I can understand what you mean about people who don't have anyone to help them with forms and the like.

    I can't speak on behalf of Scope on any exact details, but I know there will be people behind the scenes doing their best to represent the voices of any disabled people who aren't able to speak up for themselves. Hopefully we'll hear more about the government's plans soon.
