Hi.
I am hoping to move in with my partner.
He is currently on Universal Credit with LCWRA.
I am still on legacy benefits of ESA and claim PIP.
When we move in together I've read both of us cannot have LCWRA status so will one of us have work commitments?
He does not get PIP and someone already claims carers for me.
Can 2 people have LCWRA status but just have 1 payment and no work commitments for both?
Am feeling so stressed :(
