To be fair, no one actually piled on them in the first place. MW123 was only giving them some advice and said nothing wrong and wasn't in the least bit rude to them.
JF7891 was very rude to her and there was no need for it.

i have a question how on earth do you know the poster is or was a she and not a he whatever they are they only had constructive advise until they never liked it and i have to say advice given was polite the said posters response was not i can see this will be another post shut down poster leaves and a scathing review on trust pilot ground hog day springs to mind

Er….pardon? The title of the thread
Help needed - Picking up a dog - Have no family or friends - Journey Help1 -
JessieJ, I was a bit quick off the mark, I agree 😉
I meant that other than in the title, he didn't seem to want any help and his plans were made. The poster sounds like a 'he' to me anyway.
I agree with vikki - the poster disclosed serious mental illness in the opening sentence so we must take this into account. Comments can be critical but not personal or excessively so.

It's always worth remembering that text is so easily interpreted many different ways and that can be heavily influenced by how the person is feeling at the time, what they're going through and many more factors. Especially if they've never interacted with the person previously and cannot be sure of their intent.
I hope the journey goes well and you get your pug puppy, and yourself, home safe and sound without too many snags along the way.
