Smart Watch

I live alone and following quite a serious accident last week I'm thinking of buying a Smart Watch.
I'm looking for some that can hold key medical information and from which I can make an emergency call should I not have my phone nearby.
Ought I to look for cellular or Wi-Fi plus Bluetooth?
I'd prefer Android to Apple because my phone is Samsung.
Recommendations welcome.

I'd recommend a samsung ultra watch as its got a hard fall option and can call for emergency services. Its expensive at about £700 but I got it on a pay monthly which is £19 per month. I'll drop the link below;

Thanks. Wow! It's pricey but I can't afford to waste money getting a watch that doesn't meet my needs. Zipz

I know it's really expensive but I pay £19 per month so I feel the cost as much. It's a really good watch to be fair has a ECG checker on there too and you can make and receive calls. Try a Google search and see what you can find.

I would also search around to see what you can find on offer if it's something you're set on! It's not something I admittedly know much about 😕

Excessive difficulties. Old Classic Nokia 1110 Even without SIM can call 999, 112, 911…

If that a watch or a phone? I'm thinking of buying a smart watch because my phone is not glued to my hand. If I have a fall and I can't reach my phone I could be dead for a week before anybody noticed.

It’s not clear why you can’t determine what kind of device this is by looking at the full name. This phone can be hung on a lanyard around your neck, it was fashionable 20 years ago. Smart watches can quickly discharge and lose connection with the smartphone - they are not reliable for emergencies. There are “smart watches” for children with a sim and an sos button, but they usually have a low-capacity battery.
In Germany, as I remember, there are devices for the home that detect when a person falls to the floor and call emergency services; look for details on the Internet.
