Lcwra
After six months I finally get told im in this category. As I had a serious heart attack and left unfit to work again. When the dwp made this decision I was told I'd get extra money can anyone tell me how long it takes for the advance as my payment this week was the same no change 🙃

In order to help we will need to know the following:
The date you provided your first fit note?
Were there any gaps in the fit notes?
The date you were found to have LCWRA
Your normal payment date

Hi @Sdt, welcome to the community 😊
If you can take a look at Kimmy87's questions I'm sure we can start to get things cleared up for you. Hopefully you're not too far off receiving your first LCWRA payment.
I hope you'll find the community friendly and helpful!

I've just had a response from dwp to say because my wife gets esa she's already on the sick so they don't give husband and wife extra 😔

Thankyou for your replying xx

Unfortunately, that is correct if your wife already receives the LCWRA element for herself. This is because you can only receive one element per claim.
