Budgeting loan help

This might sound silly but does anyone know if there are problems with receiving budgeting loan texts at all atm?

I got the decision Monday and usual payment date within 3 days texts but since then nothing.

I'm just getting worried as it is unless you get that text you won't get it paid even though you've been accepted?

I'm on the phone now to their helpline but not go through to anyone in an hour now. But thought to ask here in case anyone knows or not of any problems?

Before when I've applied I've had all the texts usually within 1 day.

It does tell you 'they are experiencing service difficulties today' but said that yesterday, too.
