Was chucking it down last night but it seems to have subsided now. How are you all this fine autumn day? I finally got back on my ADHD medication after a lot of issues with shortages 😁

I haven't had a prescription go smoothly since around April I think. There's either been delays or just straight up "we can't provide this". My main concern is that it's really not good for the long-term efficacy of the medication to be going on and off it often.

Its my grandson he will be 7 on Tues, but I'm celebrating his birthday on weekend, because I won't see him on the Tuesday, he's happy he will get his gifts early. That reminds me I need a Spiderman gift bag. Think I'll have to make a list.

Managed to get back before the rain comes, even tho I wore a coat and it was too hot. We're on amber alert. I have not forgotten the cake. I'll have to see if someone will pick one up. Treated myself to some new trousers.

I think routine is super important for us @Nightcity, I'm the same, though my pets usually dictate what time I'm allowed to get up at. Though it's usually 6am. 😆
I also tend to have a quick powernap at 1.30 (lunch break when working) just to stave off the burnout and reset the old emotions. I will definitely be napping on my lunch break today.
