Risk assessment on 12 month old bed lever...
This morning - I had a visit from a council woman who wanted to carry out a risk assessment on my bed lever (grab rail) - supplied to me, over 12 months ago by NHS…...
She was as deaf as a post, and me - I can hardly speak - so that left us with a communication problem and myself wondering why the council would send a deaf woman to a non-speakers house with no support ?
Also why wait 12 months + to do a "risk assessment" on a bed lever ?
Any comments…. ??

With such a greedy government looking at CT scans there will be blind doctors.

What have CT scans got to do with this ?
Totally irrelevant.

Star trek right?
What's Captain Picard got to do with bed levers?
Does he use one?
Perhaps he has just had a CT scan?
I guess that he might if he got injured in the course of his duty fighting the Borg?
But why associate that with me?
Perhaps you think that I am a Borg?
Perhaps we'll never know?

Do you know the meaning of the facepalm gesture?

Because to understand your interlocutor, you must independently find out the meanings of the words, allegories and memes he wrote (now it’s the 21st century).
