Hey Rachel,no nothing special I've got no energy just woke up from yet another unplanned and unwelcome two hours sleep.

I enjoy seeing you around. Don't need yo go anywhere @Strawberry1

I have those days too @Nightcity. I'm not a fan of unplanned naps either! What do you usually do when you're having a difficult day to perk yourself up? I find chocolate helps ๐

Not sure what's going On I seem to be falling asleep constantly for a couple of weeks now blood sugar and blood pressure which I do myself are fine.
I don't really have anything special I do

Maybe it'd be a good idea to contact your Dr if it's an ongoing issue @Nightcity. They can get to the bottom of what's going on. Sometimes we need to just ride things out and if your body's telling you to sleep it's hard to fight against that. Would you consider seeing the Dr?

I had blood tests in April, may and August they showed nothing I wasn't aware of.
I couldn't walk in march I wss losing balance, falling over constantly and lost muscle mass I was frightened witless it was MND, what it actually was folic acid and vitamin D were at extremely low levels in my body. I've been on treatment since but mostly ok now (I did have a random fall Saturday early hours)
I also lost 2 stone back in march which was never explained and was diagnosed with prediabetes, which I take obsessively seriously and don't touch added sugar at all if possible.
now I don't gain weight and if I do it comes off fast again. the GP seems to think I'm ok to just be checked every 3 months.

I'm glad the vitamins are helping, that must have been so scary. Are you ok after your fall at the weekend?
If you're worried I'd always recommend going back to the Dr. The weight loss is concerning, especially with them not being able to tell you the reason.
