in PIP, DLA, ADP & AA

Can you work if your recieving enhanced care component and mobility component enhanced it's confusing the criteria.

Thank you I have just lost my ESA due to getting married and my wife working full time as a teacher .

Any advice appreciated thank you

    If you are speaking about PIP, you can work on PIP yes. PIP is not means-tested, so working is an option if you can find a job role that can accommodate your condition.

    Hi Jim

    Thanks for help do I need to contact them if I do manage to find a job while getting Pip enhanced on both mobility and care would working affect my award and would that require another nightmare assessment process

    No, it's not a change of circumstances that you need to report. Are you claiming any other benefits? if so which ones exactly please?

    No I am not claiming any other benefits my ESA was cancelled due to my wife's salary has a teacher ,due to me moving in her home on 30th has left me in financial problems now that I am married and my ESA being stopped .

    Before your ESA ended, did you use a benefits calculator to check entitlement to Universal Credit? Living with a working partner doesn't mean there's no entitlement.
