ESA two week run on
good morning, I migrated from esa support group two weeks ago to universal credit, I was advised I would get a two week run on off my esa which was due today but I haven’t got it, can someone tell me if this is normal or has anyone else been in this position? Thank you

You should have received it due to the run on. You will need to ring them when they open at 8am. Please check your bank again before you ring them because it maybe paid as a manual payment.

Hi spoke to them and there was an error on the system so they have re issued it, panic over ☺️
