One thing that concerns me, is that if my monthly payment for UC is £809, I live in a care home on respite until a supported living flat becomes free and it is mostly paid for by Durham County Council, but I pay £626.776 towards it as a contribution. I am on LCWRA, so if this is stopped, I won't be able to afford it.
It's got me worried.

I don't know what your disabilities are it's looking like it's mostly for mental health so I'm thinking if yours is physical you may not be affected these are my thoughts only

Ps if I'm not being nosey my dad lives in flat in a care home setting he pays 235 towards his rent rest council pays thats alot of rent for you to pay on your own

It's a bit of both. I have cerebral palsy, but i have anxiety and depression as well.

Cerebral palsy is very debilitating mind and body nervous system affects most body parts ? I'm no expert I did read it wasn't for physical disabilities as much but mental health problems
