in Start here and say hello!

Im a disabled guy with 5 kids.

I have a pain condition in two places tho I look normal ish (joke)

I have found it hard to get back on my feet

    Hi @jay_tall welcome sorry to read about your pain it can be debilitating at times. Have you got a good GP that work with you with pain relief

    Hey @jay_tall, welcome to the community, how are you doing today?

    That sounds pretty difficult trying to get back up and about again.

    Have you seen a physiotherapist at some point? I'm sorry asking if you already have, it just really is the first thing that pops in my head when I read about someone trying to get about moving again.

    Tryed physiotherapy,tens machine , accuputure,CBD all good ish but still get pain I talk online with NHS choices about the opp.

    Most of the time I've got a nerve infusion or block in but when it runs out it's a bit of a head spinner.

    But I volunteer on twitch TV,FB, Instagram and ticktok as a music moderator.

    Basically djs but have some bands too where I keep the chat safe and try to help people with issues or give them the right helpline.

    Being a dad and watching my kids grow is epic
