Hi, my name is angelastuckey! Agent says I don't need to report my fit note?

Hi,I have been off work for 4 weeks ,I work and claim uvc,my problem is I have a fit note and been reporting this on a regular basis to uvc but they say I don't need to report my fit note,it doesn't give me where my change of circumstances are on my account to put a fit note ,I've been told by an agent that they don't need it ,im so confused as I get different information from different agents…
