She looks really well @Amberpearl ,one less thing to worry about.

We have a problem drying washing when the weather's bad,our tumble dryer's in the garage and we can't find anyone to sort out the electric in there.I try to avoid drying it in the house because we've had problems with mould in the past, but sometimes it's unavoidable.

Yes it gets so damp and cold in the house. Washing takes a week to dry and I get condensation and mould

    Any suggestions

@Amberpearl we had the same issue in our house. Hanging washing up inside just makes it more humid inside, which leads to more mold.

We invested in a little dehumidifier and try to open the windows for a bit each day if possible. Of course, that's not great when it's getting cold outside, so the dehumidifier really helps!

A dehumidifier is the best for humidity. I got a tiny one and fills completely in a week's time. Very depressing that is 1 litre and and a half of water. Positive is that humidity will not be on the walls etc. and negative is how is it possible this place is so prone to humidity. Thinking about investing on a bigger one. But this one still works will have to wait .

Popping to the village with my grandson. It's took him 7 years to want to stay on his own with me, now he doesn't want to go back home. So his 1st time allowing me to take him out, he's awaiting assessments and likes routine, that's why. His request, a hot chocolate in Costa, after seeing many pics of his siblings having one with me.
