never used this type of forum before and I need advice, please where do i start?

    I have many health conditions and was released from my job due to health.

    I was on uc and informed them in July that I would be receiving rent from my daughters boyfriend.

    I became very unwell bed bound and housebound for 8 weeks. just surviving.

    During this time my uc was closed. because i didn’t return information, that uc already held with no changes.

    No money for 3 months

    That sounds like a very difficult situation, I hope you're feeling a bit better healthwise now at least. Were you able to speak to the DWP about your illness at all? Or do you have anyone who could call on your behalf?

    Have you looked at a benefits calculator? It could help you work out what you can claim.

    Before your claim ended did you have access to a journal? If so then you need to log back in and make a rapid reclaim.

    Unfortunately, if you don’t send the information they’ve asked for then yes your payments will be affected.

    Thanks for your help, I have re applied to uc. Still waiting,

    Posted the 20+ pages through job centre post box, my second mistake, as they were closed for lunch.

    3 weeks latter went for my meeting and they had no record of all my documents. so still waiting, no money since July.

    When did you reapply? When you apply and submit your claim your first payment is just under 5 weeks later.

    What documents did you send?
