hi uc have been paying me medium rate Dla for my child it was meant to be high rate they’ve said it’s up to the decision people if it’s back dated as I started the claim in 2021 so I doubt very much about that so does anyone know if there’s a time limit please and thank you all

DLA isn't paid by UC, it's paid by DLA. Are you talking about the disabled child element of UC? If your child has high rate care DLA then you'll be entitled to the higher disability child element. If it's any other award then you'll be entitled to the lower disabled child element.
