I am a carer to my adult son who claims PIP and I work 10-12 hours a week. I claim UC and Carer's allowance. My work has asked if I would like to do a part-time college course based at home which is around 10-15 hours a week.
I work from home most of the time and the course is online based. Would my UC and carer's allowance be affected if I were to do the course?
Many thanks.

Part time college courses do not affect UC. Same applies to carers allowance.

Thank you Poppy. Also, will I need to inform UC and Carer’s?

As it's part time you don't need to inform them.
