PIP Appeal help

Hi am actually talking on behalf of my husband as I am off work at the moment having a total knee replacement.
My husband has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia he has chronic fatigue and pain. He is still working even though it is becoming more difficult as we can't afford for him to reduce his hours. He applied for PIP and was interviewed with nil point . We thought we put his case forward honestly.
So we would be grateful if anybody has any advice or knows of organisations that could help us to complete our appeal .
Thanks

Hi @susankate welcome to the community, there is lots of information available about going through the appeal process.
You need to start by asking for a Mandatory Reconsideration, you can read more about this here.
If that doesnt work then you can appeal the decision and you can read more about how to do that step by step here.
We have produced some videos on the subject by the brilliant @Debbie_Scope I would highly recommend you watching these.
If you have any other questions then do ask away!
