    Hey everyone, I'm new here as just lost mobility car after mandatory consideration. I'm taking it to tribunal. Does my car have to go back now? Been told two different things.

    Hi,

    If you're no longer in receipt of the Mobility payment, then the car is not being paid for and it will need to be returned.

    Sadly the waiting time for tribunals could be many months away.
