Hi @craig85 Im so sorry to hear this, do you see any specialists for your ADHD and learning difficulties? Do you have an official diagnosis?

Hi Craig:
I also wanted to say hello and welcome to the community.
Here in the Community you'll find a lot of discussions around ESA in the Employment Issues, Finances, and ESA Group. You can find that here: https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/benefits-and-finances
There you can find other people who are dealing with similar issues. So please know that you are not alone. -
thanks for the warm welcome mike ill take a look at that dunno what iam goin to do i dont even know how to do this appeal or what i have to do next iam at a loss
-
So you have your medical records which are evidence of your impairments, which is good!
There is lots of info here about challenging a decision from the DWP - take a look through.
We can offer support and information about appeals so please don't feel lost or alone.Scope

does anyone know how i can get help getting evidence for my ADHD and learning difficulties got my medical records but need help goin threw them to find what i need
-
You have to remember ESA is based on whether you can work or not and the diagnoses you have. It won't be enough to just say you have these diagnoses. You have to have evidence of how you're affected.

most of the stuff ive got is back when i was a kid

got a letter monday saying they have changed there decsion and i will be back on ESA but they put me in a work group does anybody no what it is n what u have to do and do i have to do it everyday? btw thanks for all ur help
-
Hi Craig,
Great news that your ESA has been re-instated.
The work-related activity group isn't about searching for work. It's about preparing for work in the future. Citizens Advice has a good page about the ESA Support Group and Work-related activity group.
I hope you find it helpful.and if you need any further help, get in touch.
Best wishes
