    Came back to the pharmacy and still they said no medicine came. They said they will call but I doubt they will. This is getting very serious. I need that medication

    Anyway finally I got the meds. Had a good day so far. But I do not need all this stress in my life as I have enough. Even lost my appetite.

    Ah hooray! Excellent news on the meds @Schildpad I sometimes have to get in touch with a few chemists before I can track down what's on my prescription. Very frustrating. I hope your appetite comes back real soon. ❤️

    Evening all.

    I had a good day starting off going to the local war memorial for armistice and then going for a couple of pre birthday drinks with a friend.

    My sleep has been extremely poor for the last few weeks so I had a quiet evening on the sofa listening to music.

    Can't sleep. As I suddenly feel very anxious and scared. Listening to Bach. Hopefully I calm down and relax.. I hate my changes of mood and mental state. Hopefully I will sleep. And tomorrow will be a good day. Very hard to live everyday. Bye for now.

    Morning . had a terrible night. I guess I slept 4 hours. I am shivering. The postman is not here yet but dread every day as I don't want to get one of those letters. Hopefully no letters today. Will see.. nice weather if rather cold.. but I guess the weather will get worse and darker.. I just don't like this season .

    Morning all I hope yous have a good day and are doing well.

    Sorry I’ve not managed to get back on since last time I just feel I don’t have much time to myself.
    My mum seemed to pick up a bit on Thursday and I thought that was her on the mend but she’s not been great since. She’s stubborn and told me don’t phone the doctor again without me knowing. I’m heading up there shortly.
