    Hey, just because you don't have as much going on as you previously did, it doesn't mean your world is smaller @Marydoll5, it just means you need to find new ways of enjoying it. There's always a reason to get up, you just need to look inward and figure out what that is. 😊

    I found writing lists of things really helped me see the bigger picture. Just write down things you enjoy, or might enjoy. Start from there. And don't put too much pressure on yourself to figure things out quickly. Take your time, we got you. ❤️

    I have started making very short lists of things to do each day so I can tick them off and it does help.

    I am going to ask if there are any activities in the community centre to try and feel less lonely and give me reason to get out

    I know it's going to be cold, were bleeding radiators today as mine doesn't get hot for some reason. if the forecast stays 80% snow I'm staying home lol

    I don't mind it being cold if we actually got any snow down here. The most we get if we're lucky is some sludge. 😆 But my main concern is that everyone can stay warm. ❤️

    My grandkids are hoping for the snow, so that school would be closed, I told them I still went to school in knee deep snow lol

    Hello I'm got another cold and I already dislike . I'm have been doing more about trying to get out and yet my my doesn't seem to get my body language or my face when I do express my emotions. I'm just ranting. Not looking for advice yet .

    Hope everybody is ok so far. At home. Weather is depressing and I think I got a BJ it of a cold. So not going out. Also very cold and humid. And also a bit anxious and depressed. I hope the benefit system leave me alone until next year. I have no energy to fight anymore.

    Hopefully tomorrow will be a bit nicer. For the time being I stay in bed watching telly.
