i am on
- Employment and Support Allowance with Housing Benefit
and have not heard a thing from the dwp about it i have not even had the migration letter through yet
should i be worried ?

I would say that you shouldn't need to worry. Migration from ESA to Universal Credit has begun and is due to be completed over the next few months. You will eventually receive a letter, but it's not a concern that you haven't received one yet.
