Good morning i have my 40 year old daughter moving back in with me she works full time i claim lower rate pip and i claim full state pension will her moving in with me affect my pension credit in any way.A

    Hi @amh, it is possible your pension credit may be affected as you will no longer be classed as living alone. Can I ask roughly how much you earn in a week total do you know? As it does depend on how much you earn and if it reaches the 'minimum guarantee'.

    You will still classed as 'living alone' for the purposes of Pension Credit if your daughter also receives PIP.

    Your own PIP will not be affected in anyway by the way.

    Iwll receeive my state pension which wiĺl be aprox 221 week lower pip my daughter work full time dont claim anything.i doubt if i would be able to claim the pension credit just wondered.Thank for the advise jimm
