My appeal was allowed

Hi everyone
First i want to thank wildlife for all the support i have been given through scope.
After an infection in my ears last year, I am profoundly deaf, with tinnitus. I also have neurological problems due to damage to my nerves. I have a sussaks disease, pyoderma gangrenosum (skin disease), depression, panic attacks, anxiety and stress.
I have been fighting P.I.P since i contacted them on the 20th July 2016. At first I was given 2 email address, that later they said did not work. Then my application was denied twice ( not enough points). When I asked for a health assesment they declined. And on the 17th May I won my appeal through the courts. When my husband contacted P.I.P to find out what would happen next? They told him, they are going to stick to there right to 28 days to appeal. and I would receive a letter to say if they were going to appeal or Not? He also spoke to a supervisor who said the same thing. He said when he was speaking to them, it was like they were reading from a manual (No sympathy). The emotional and finacial stress was getting to me. I decided to write a complaints letter, after advice from wildlife. Yesterday I received a letter from P.I.P asking 2 questions. 1) have I been admitted to hospital, since August 2016. 2) how would I prefer to be paid. I sent the letter back recorded delivery, and the post office took of the free postage. This morning my husband received a phone call from the complaints department. They couldn't appologise enough, for the way me and my husband have been treated. They have contacted my case worker, to find out what is happening? And to have the funds released at once. The case worker told them they are waiting for the letter i recieved yesturday, so that they can. The complaints department are now investigaing my case. I hope that people who read this, will keep fighting, And don't loose hope.
