How is your day going?

Evening .At home. Ups and downs but not feeling great. Very scared but hope it will ease. I Can not wait for the time to go to sleep and hopefully I will feel better tomorrow. My mood is really low. Season and weather does not help.. hope you all are a bit better.

Morning you all. I have a new pip assessment coming. The text message said I will get it in two weeks and I need to fill it in. Last time I had a social worker in the hospital but that person did not help me on my esa. So I assume she won't help. Was the one who said go to the job centre. Might have to have to go to the citizens advice again. Last time I did not have to go to the assessment. They talked to her. I fear I might lose it. It was good while it lasted. Do anybody knows if there is a difference between pip assessment and ESA assessment. This letter destroyed me. And they send you a message early in the morning. ... That money gave me security. I am really scared.

Hi, I'm doing okay but still after playing Splatoon 3 on mode splat zone . Mum did comes in while playing splat zone on my Nintendo switch. Then comes in again after talking a break from Splatoon 3 . I was about calm but then my mum come again . I said know . Then used thumb up . Then accused of doing something with thrist and I said I didn't say anything. Said you did something with you thrust and using other hand together. I never can do anything around my mum .not even talking. I can't get a break and I just want to be left alone but can't . I do get annoyed at my mum . Still can't do anything or can't really express my emotions. My mum tells me to calm down.my dad doesn't help much . That why I don't really want to talk my mum about issue . I don't really trust my mum .
