    I remember walking ome from junior school in snow that came halfway up my thighs.

    My mother sent me to school in a skirt that day because she said the weather forecast was never right.

    The snow wasn't that bad when they decided to send us home,but they let us go in stages according to how far from the school we lived.

    I was one of the last to leave,despite me having quite a long way to walk I was allowed to leave at the same time as the kids who lived a couple of hundred yards from the school.

    The only thing about the snow is it's tiring to walk on and trying not to slip.

    Had a busy day, went to the village then on to Sutton, not long back. Going cold now and four hours of snow on forecast tonight

    Blimey @Nightcity your delivery drivers are keen, we dont usually get any knocks on the door until at least 1pm! Glad to hear they've sorted the replacement mediabook already though, that's some good customer service.

    good morning @Sandy_123 and everyone. I’ve been awake for hours but still waiting for my stomach to wake up so I can have breakfast before midday. There’s been a sprinkling of snow so no idea what will happen later.
